Introduction

Before placing an order, customers must read and accept the terms and conditions outlined on this page. For vehicles labeled “Stock”, the terms are mutually agreed upon between the customer and our company, and they are open for discussion and negotiation. For vehicles labeled “Bank”, the terms are set by our partners and are non-negotiable.

By placing an order, the customer confirms their agreement to purchase the vehicle as described on our platform, ensuring it fully matches the listing’s description and photos.

All purchase, delivery, and administrative documents comply with European regulations, ensuring transparency and safety throughout the transaction. Our sales procedures align with European standards for online vehicle sales, guaranteeing a secure and reliable process for all customers.

General Information

Vehicle Origin and Condition
The majority of vehicles labeled “Bank” offered originate from Germany and have either had or currently hold German registration. These vehicles are in excellent condition, with verified mileage, a complete maintenance history, and no records of accidents. We select for sale only vehicles that are in excellent condition and have low mileage. Each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by certified mechanics before being listed for sale.

Warranty
All vehicles sold on our platform come with a one-year warranty (or up to 25,000 km), directly from the manufacturer. This warranty is activated on the day of purchase unless the vehicle is still covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. It covers the engine, transmission, and electrical/mechanical components and is valid at any authorized service center across Europe. The warranty is transferable to future owners if the vehicle is resold.

Export Services
We offer export services both within Europe and internationally. For EU customers who choose delivery through our company, we handle the final registration at no additional cost.

Sales Procedure

Step 1: Browse and Select Your Vehicle
Browse our platform to select your desired vehicle. Use the filters to narrow your search based on preferences. Vehicles marked as “Reserved” or “Sold” are not available.

Step 2: Vehicle Categories

  • Vehicles labeled “Stock”
    Owned by our company, these vehicles can be picked up or delivered on the same day after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on location. If temporary license plates are requested, they may take up to 3 working days to arrange. Contact us online or by phone to schedule a test drive and inspection.
  • Vehicles labeled “Bank”
    These vehicles come from unpaid financing contracts and are recovered from debtors or bankrupt dealerships. They are available for purchase during the pre-live phase of the auction. We act as an intermediary, facilitating the sale on behalf of our trusted third-party partners. Each auction and sale is supervised by a public notary to ensure full transparency and security. Both individuals and companies may purchase these vehicles. A certificate of non-pledge is issued for each vehicle, confirming that it is free from any outstanding liabilities or debts.

Customers can purchase vehicles using the “Buy Now” option. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you agree to purchase the vehicle at the price shown in the ad, which includes VAT and our company’s commission. There are no additional fees or hidden costs.

How to Purchase a Vehicle Labeled “Bank”
  • Option “Buy Now”
    The “Buy Now” option allows both individuals and companies to purchase a vehicle at a fixed price, immediately, and outside the ongoing auction process. When selected, the vehicle is removed from the auction, and the transaction is completed at the price displayed in the listing. This option allows the buyer to secure the vehicle, avoiding the risk of losing the auction.
    Once the “Buy Now” price is paid, the sale is final, and the vehicle is no longer available for bidding by other participants. The price displayed in the listing reflects an accurate estimate of the amount our partners expect the vehicle to sell for.
    To proceed with the purchase, the buyer must download, complete, and email the “Order Form” along with a copy of their ID card or passport. Legal entities must also provide a company registration certificate and VAT registration document. After all required documents are received, the vehicle will be reserved for the buyer, and the purchase process will begin.
  • Option “Bid Now”
    The “Bid Now” option is available exclusively to companies, regardless of industry. Bidders can place offers during the pre-live phase of the online auction. The minimum bid represents the lowest amount a bidder can offer and serves as the starting point for the auction. Bidders must submit offers equal to or greater than the minimum bid. Offers below this amount will be rejected.
    Bidders will be notified within 24 hours of submitting their offer if they have won the auction. In case of multiple bids placed for the same vehicle within this 24-hour period, the highest bid will win the auction.

Fees and Costs: A fee of €350 will be added to the final price to cover document preparation for sale and export. No other hidden fees will be charged.

Pickup or Delivery: The buyer can pick up the vehicle within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation or opt for delivery to their preferred location. Delivery will take 7-10 working days, depending on the destination.

Payment Methods

We offer two secure payment methods to ensure a safe and convenient transaction.

Payment via Bank Transfer

  • Sales Contract: Once the purchase process is initiated, a signed and stamped sales contract will be sent to the buyer via email. The contract will identify the vehicle and outline the terms of the sale.
  • Proforma Invoice: Issued after receipt of the signed sales contract. It will include vehicle details, our company’s bank details, and the total amount due.
  • Both the sales contract and proforma invoice are generated directly between our company and the buyer, following the transfer of vehicle ownership.

For vehicles labeled “Bank”, full payment is required. Financing options are not available for these vehicles.

Payment Confirmation: Payment must be completed by bank transfer and confirmed within 48 working hours after receiving the proforma invoice. The buyer must send a copy of the bank transfer receipt via email, ensuring that transfer details are clearly visible.


Payment via Escrow
For added security, we offer an escrow service for all vehicles labeled “Bank”. This process ensures a completely secure payment experience. The notary public overseeing the auction and sale will act as an impartial third party (escrow agent), holding the payment until all contractual obligations are fulfilled. This eliminates the risks associated with direct payments, allowing the buyer to complete the purchase with confidence, knowing their funds are protected. In the unlikely event that the buyer rejects the vehicle, the escrow agent should be notified, and a full refund will be promptly issued. The buyer will also have a five-day inspection period to verify the vehicle’s condition.

Escrow Fees: The buyer is responsible for 50% of the escrow fees. Please refer to the table outlining these fees.

Vehicle Inspection and Return Policy

Inspection Period: Upon taking possession of the vehicle, the buyer has five (5) working days to inspect it. The buyer must notify us whether they accept or refuse the vehicle within this period. For vehicles from our partners’ fleet, our service team will conduct a thorough, secondary inspection before handing over the purchased vehicle to the buyer, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition.

Grounds for Refusal: A vehicle can only be refused for objective reasons, including discrepancies with the listing, missing features, or undisclosed damage or defects.

Refusal Procedure: If the vehicle is refused, the buyer must complete and sign the “Vehicle Return Form”, specifying the reasons for refusal. The form will be sent to our sales manager for approval.

Refund Process: If the refusal is accepted, a full refund will be issued within 48 working hours after receiving the signed return form. The vehicle will be collected at our expense within 24 working hours of refund approval.

Voucher for Accepted Vehicles: If the vehicle is accepted, the buyer will receive a €750 voucher for use on a future purchase. The voucher is valid for one year from the issue date.

Delivery Failure: If the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, the buyer is entitled to a full refund, processed within 48 working hours after the deadline.

Sales Contract Guarantee: The terms for vehicle refusal are clearly outlined in the sales contract.

Inspection Guarantee: All vehicles labeled “Bank” undergo a rigorous inspection by certified mechanics before listing. We guarantee the accuracy of the vehicle information provided on our platform.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for conducting a thorough inspection within the allotted five-day period. We recommend using an authorized service center of the vehicle manufacturer for the inspection.

Vehicle Delivery and Registration

We can arrange delivery to any location within Europe and beyond. For longer distances requiring maritime or ocean transport, we will coordinate with our partners to ensure smooth processing.

Delivery Process and Costs: Delivery will be conducted by our trucks or through one of our partners, with a company representative present. The delivery fee is calculated at €0.50 per kilometer. Use the vehicle shipping calculator available on each listing for cost estimates.

Vehicle Registration and Handover: Our representative will handle vehicle registration on your behalf, ensuring that the vehicle is delivered with all necessary documents, provided the buyer accepts the vehicle during the five-day inspection period.

Storage Fees for Vehicles Labeled “Bank”: Storage is free for the first five (5) days after the vehicle is in our possession. After this period, a daily storage fee of €50 will apply.
