Vehicles labeled 'Bank' originate from unpaid financing contracts, such as loans, leases, or credits. These vehicles have been repossessed by our partners from debtors or dealerships that have gone bankrupt.
Because a significant portion of the vehicle's value has already been recovered, allowing our partners to sell these vehicles at lower prices than the market. The goal is to pursue a quick sale while potentially realizing additional profit.
By purchasing vehicles labeled "Bank" through our platform, you gain access to high-quality vehicles at lower prices compared to traditional listings. These vehicles are offered at competitive rates due to their previous financing status and our partners’ focus on quick sales.
Yes, all vehicles listed on our platform undergo a thorough inspection by certified mechanics before being made available for sale. We only select vehicles that are in excellent condition, have never been involved in accidents, and have low mileage.
Yes, all prices listed on our platform include a 19% VAT.

Browsing and Selecting a Vehicle

You can browse our platform using filters based on your preferences, such as vehicle type, make, model, year, and more. Detailed descriptions, photos, and specifications are available for each vehicle listed as available. If a vehicle is marked as "Reserved" or "Sold", it is no longer available for purchase.
If you can’t find the vehicle you’re looking for, we encourage you to contact us. Please provide detailed information about the vehicle you're interested in, and our team will assist you by searching through our network of partners.
  • Vehicles labeled "Stock": These are owned by our company and are ready for immediate pickup or delivery upon payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on the location. Temporary license plates can be arranged within 3 working days if requested.
  • Vehicles labeled "Bank": These vehicles come from unpaid financing contracts or bankrupt dealerships. They are listed for sale via an online auction, but can also be purchased at a fixed price. We act as an intermediary and ensure full transparency and security throughout the process.
No, the price of vehicles labeled "Bank" is fixed and non-negotiable. However, legal entities can participate in an online auction for these vehicles and place bids equal to or greater than the minimum bid. The highest bid within 24 hours wins the auction.
Yes, for vehicles listed as "Stock," we offer the option to schedule a test drive. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time. For vehicles labeled "Bank", test drives are not available, as these vehicles are typically part of auctions and are not directly in our possession. However, once the purchase is completed, you will have 5 days to inspect the vehicle.
All of our vehicles are inspected and checked by certified mechanics before being listed for sale. We guarantee that each vehicle will match the description provided on our platform. Additionally, every vehicle comes with a complete maintenance history and a verified mileage report.


Starting the Purchasing Process

To start the process, browse our platform to select a vehicle you wish to purchase. You can filter the selection based on your preferences. Once you've chosen your vehicle, read the terms and conditions outlined on the platform. By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to the terms for the specific vehicle category you’ve selected (Stock or Bank).
To proceed with the purchase, you must submit:
  • A completed "Order Form".
  • A copy of your ID card or passport.
  • If you're a company, also provide a company registration certificate and VAT payer document.
  • The "Buy Now" option allows you to purchase a vehicle labeled "Bank" at the fixed price displayed in the ad. Once you click "Buy Now", you will be required to submit the necessary documents to proceed with the purchase.
    You can purchase a vehicle labeled "Bank" through one of two methods:
    • Buy Now: By choosing this option, you agree to purchase the vehicle at the price shown in the ad. This price includes VAT and our company’s commission. There are no additional fees or hidden costs. You will need to complete the "Order Form" and provide identification documents.
    • Bid Now: This option is available only for companies. Place a bid during the pre-live auction phase. If your bid is the highest within 24 hours of placing it and meets the minimum required, you will be notified if you win the auction.
    An additional fee of €350 will be added to the final price, covering document preparation and export services. There are no hidden costs or additional fees beyond the agreed price and this fixed fee.
    Once you have signed and submitted the sales contract, we will issue a proforma invoice containing the vehicle details, total payment amount, and our bank information. The invoice will be sent to you by email.


    Payment and Payment Options

    We offer two secure payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer: After receiving the proforma invoice, you can complete the payment via bank transfer directly to our company’s bank account.
    • Escrow Payment: For vehicles labeled "Bank", we offer an escrow service to ensure a secure transaction. Payment is held by a public notary and will be released only when both parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
    The escrow service is a secure payment method supervised by a public notary. The notary holds the buyer’s payment until both parties have met their obligations. The notary guarantees that the payment is secure and only releases it when the vehicle is accepted by the buyer. The buyer also has a 5-day inspection period to confirm the vehicle’s condition. Buyers are required to cover 50% of the escrow fee.
    Once the payment has been completed via bank transfer, please send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt showing the transaction details. We require payment confirmation within 48 working hours of receiving the proforma invoice.
    Yes, you can cancel your order before the vehicle is shipped. To do so, please contact us immediately. Once the vehicle has been shipped or the purchase contract has been finalized, cancellation may no longer be possible.


    Delivery and Receiving the Vehicle

    After payment confirmation, you can either pick up the vehicle from our location or have it delivered to your chosen address.
    The delivery time for vehicles labeled "Stock" is between 3-5 working days, depending on the delivery location. For vehicles labeled "Bank", delivery takes between 7-10 working days. For longer distances, maritime transport may extend this period.
    You can choose to pick up the vehicle from our location after payment confirmation. For vehicles labeled "Bank", pickup can be arranged within 5-7 working days. Delivery to your location is also available and will take between 7-10 working days, depending on the destination.
    The vehicle will be delivered either using our own trucks or through one of our trusted partners, with a representative from our company accompanying the delivery.
    Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance to your location. You can use the vehicle shipping calculator available in each listing to estimate the shipping costs. The rate is €0.50 per kilometer.
    If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the vehicle has been shipped, and after shipment, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be processed.


    Inspection and Acceptance of the Vehicle

    Yes, buyers can inspect the vehicle within 5 working days after taking possession. If the vehicle does not match the description or has undisclosed damages, you may refuse it. In this case, a full refund will be issued within 48 working hours.
    If you decide to reject the vehicle, please complete the "Vehicle Return Form" and send it to our sales manager. Once approved, we will issue a full refund and arrange for the vehicle's collection at no additional cost to you.
    Yes, if your refusal is accepted, you will receive a full refund within 48 working hours after we receive the signed "Vehicle Return Form". The vehicle will be collected at our expense.
    If the vehicle doesn't meet the description, you have the right to refuse it within 5 working days of delivery. Grounds for refusal include discrepancies in the vehicle's features, undisclosed damages, or technical issues. You must complete and sign the "Vehicle Return Form" and send it to our sales team.
    If you encounter any technical issues after accepting the vehicle, we recommend contacting an authorized service center. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will assist you in resolving it in accordance with the terms of the warranty provided.


    VAT for EU and Non-EU Buyers

    For individuals within the European Union, VAT is not deductible. However, the buyer is not required to pay VAT again in the country where the vehicle will be registered.
    Yes, companies registered for VAT in an EU member state can purchase vehicles from us at a net price (excluding VAT). To qualify for this, the buyer must submit the required documents for verification before initiating the purchase process. The required documents include:
    • The company’s certificate of registration.
    • Proof of VAT registration in the country of establishment.
    If the buyer is a private individual or a company based outside the European Union, they are required to pay the list price displayed in the advertisement, which includes VAT. However, the VAT, amounting to 19% of the net price, can be refunded within 30 calendar days upon submission of proof that the vehicle was exported outside the EU. To process the VAT refund, a copy of the registration certificate in the country of export is required.


    €750 Voucher: How It Works

    To show our gratitude and strengthen our relationship with our customers, we offer a €750 voucher at the end of each transaction. For any vehicle purchased through our platform, the buyer will receive a €750 voucher upon completion of the transaction. This voucher can be used for a future purchase on our platform.
    The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. It must be used within this period to be eligible for the discount.
    The voucher is valid for use by the individual or company to whom it was issued. However, it may be transferred to another individual or company. If you have received the voucher as a gift, please verify its validity by entering the code in the designated voucher box on our homepage.
    To apply the €750 voucher, enter the voucher code in the "Voucher Code" box on our homepage to check its validity. If the code is valid, enter it in the “Order Form” during checkout when purchasing a vehicle, or in the “Bid Now” form when placing a bid. The €750 discount will then be applied to the final price of the vehicle.
    Yes, the €750 voucher can be applied to the price of multiple vehicles in a single order, provided it is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the voucher.
    The voucher’s rightful owner is prohibited from selling it. Any evidence of the voucher being transferred in exchange for monetary compensation will render the voucher code invalid.
    Yes, you can benefit from this discount regardless of whether you have previously used a voucher to purchase the vehicle for which the discount is being offered.


    Post-Purchase Support and Other Questions

    Refunds are only accepted under specific conditions, such as if the vehicle does not match the description, photos or if there are undisclosed defects. If you decide to return the vehicle for another reason, this may not be covered by our policy.
    Yes, we offer export services both within Europe and internationally. For EU customers, we handle the final registration at no additional cost.
    All vehicles sold through our platform come with a one-year warranty or up to 25,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty covers the engine, transmission, and electrical/mechanical components, and is valid at any manufacturer-authorized service center across Europe.
    For vehicles labeled "Bank", the first 5 days of storage are free. After that, a daily storage fee of €50 will apply.
    We handle the registration of your vehicle on your behalf within the European Union. The vehicle will be delivered with all the required registration documents, provided you accept the vehicle within the 5-day inspection period.
    While we do not directly offer insurance services, we can recommend trusted insurance providers for your vehicle. We suggest contacting an authorized insurer to find a policy that fits your needs.
    You can contact us via our platform’s contact forms, live chat, phone, or by using the "Request More Information" button, available in each listing. Our customer support team is available to assist you with any further questions you may have during the purchasing process.
    If the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed within 48 working hours after the delivery deadline is missed.
