To support this expansion, we formed partnerships with other dealers, advertising both our own fleet and theirs. As competition in the market became fiercer, we realized that in order to stay ahead, we needed to make significant changes. We decided to establish a new division to participate in public and private auctions organized by various banks in Germany. This move allowed us to reduce prices and significantly increase sales volume.
As a result, our company quickly became one of the leading car dealers in the local market, with an annual turnover growth of over 40%. However, as our competitors began to adopt similar strategies, we recognized the need for continuous innovation to maintain our edge.
Soon after, we were accepted by our partners to sell their fleets of vehicles recovered from loans, leasing agreements, credits, or bankrupt dealership. This new opportunity led to a remarkable increase in our turnover.
